Ebay and PayPal Open "Inspiration Shop" With QR Codes in NYC

Ebay, a leader in mobile commerce, has opened a one of a kind shop on Park Avenue in New York City. This isn't your average NYC boutique though, because shoppers can't actually go inside.
Instead, it's a mobile shoppable storefront that enables consumers to shop and buy products using PayPal from their phone 24/7, or whenever they feel inspired. The "always open" window displays feature new products for Fall along with QR codes that seamless link shoppers to relevent mobile landing pageswhere they can buy those products.
This is a big step forward for mobile shopping and QR codes. The idea of a "virtual store" that is always open to mobile consumers is brillant. Ebay, the world's largest online marketplace, is the first company to exploit it. Check out the awesome video below!
